​I have been taking guitar lessons with Carolyn for the past two years.  When I first started working with her, I just had a general understanding of basic chords and strumming patterns.  Carolyn has incredible knowledge on the subject of music and is an amazing teacher.  She is so good at what she does and you can tell she is extremely passionate about music and teaching.  

She has taken my guitar skills to a whole new level; I now can play various strumming patterns.  I can even sing and play at the same time.  She continues to challenge me so that I continue to get better.

I started piano lessons with Carolyn after my friend recommended her.  For an adult beginner like myself, Carolyn was the perfect combination of encouraging and organized.  I felt like I was not under immense pressure with her easy demeanour but was still consistently experiencing growth in my skills.  She would help me focus on specific problem areas both during the lesson and for home practice.  Most importantly, she's lovely to be around.  Couldn't recommend her more.

My daughter has been a student of Carolyn Credico since 2017.  She began with ukulele lessons and then transitioned into guitar and vocal lessons.  She is a gifted musician and a highly skilled teacher.  She is genuinely patient, kind, encouraging, fun, engaging, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, supportive and adaptive.  She ensures my daughter understands concepts and provides exercises and tips to improve and gain skills.  She makes the lessons fun and is always challenging my daughter to grow musically.  

Carolyn provides very professional in-home lessons.  Even during the COVID19 restrictions, Carolyn adapted to provide Zoom lessons.  That extra effort on Carolyn's part kept my daughter's spirits high and kept her engaged in music during a stressful time.  Carolyn is collaborative with students, allowing them to choose music and get excited about what they are learning.  Carolyn has prepped my daughter for talent shows and auditions, helping her to feel confident and succeed.  

I think of Carolyn as a very talented friend, as does my daughter.  I highly recommend Carolyn to anyone who wants their child to have the best musical experience possible.
